In the second quarter of 2024, the fast food and fast casual industry saw varied performance across major restaurant apps according to Sensor Tower's unified platform data. Here's a snapshot of how these apps fared.

Burger King Belarus showed a fluctuating download trend, starting the quarter with approximately 6K downloads and peaking at around 7K by mid-June. Weekly active users reflected a similar pattern, initially at 32K and growing to nearly 35K towards the end of the quarter.

Domino’s Pizza® experienced a modest increase in downloads, beginning at 1.4K and rising to just over 1.7K. Weekly active users saw a dip mid-quarter but recovered to just under 7K by late June.

McDonald's Japan downloads remained relatively low, with a notable spike to over 1.6K in the final week. The app's weekly active users started at around 54K, with a peak of nearly 64K in mid-June, before closing the quarter at about 57K.

KFC UAE - Order Food Online downloads varied, with a significant increase to over 1.4K in the last week. Active users showed gradual growth, starting at 3.7K and ending the quarter with just under 5K.

Papa Johns Pizza UAE saw downloads hover around the low tens but jumped to 156 in the last week. Weekly active users increased steadily from 58 to 125 throughout the quarter.
